New Spearhead Design Engineer

Spearhead are delighted to welcome back James Winters to the team, who has recently taken on the permanent role of Design Engineer working alongside Chief Design Engineer, Neil Warren.

James joined Spearhead back in 2015 initially on a 12 month placement from his degree course at UWE in Bristol where he studied Product Design Technology.  This year has seen James successfully complete his course with a final year project designing a reach arm attachment, and to top it all off, graduated with a hugely deserved First as his overall mark.

Under the guidance of Neil, James will be working on a number of engineering projects including interactive parts book maintenance and general design updates to get him underway in his career.

Neil commented “James will be a great asset to Spearhead, putting his Product Design background to good use. The team looks forward to working with him on some exciting new projects”

James added “I’m really looking forward to working with Neil and the rest of the Engineering team again. It’s a great way to be starting my career and I’m really looking forward to the future.”
