Despite downpours APF show 2014 triumphs

Spearhead Machinery Ltd have recently attended the APF forestry show at Ragley Estate, Warwickshire. Having previously attended the show in 2012 when it was also at Ragley it was an opportunity not to be missed. ‘The show had such a fantastic turnout that we just had to attend again,’ commented James Brown, UK Sales Manager. ‘This year’s show has also not disappointed, product interest has been high with plenty of enquiries to follow up on’.

Being the UK’s largest forestry and woodland show gave the Spearhead team the ideal setting to promote the versatile product range with items on show including a HXF frame mounted with a Quadsaw and a heavy duty XRHD flail mower.

Dan Mallard, Western England and Wales Sales Manager, explained ‘the XRHD flail has been an exceptional seller since it was first launched earlier this year. It’s ability to shred not only high grass but also bushes and small trees ensured product interest was high during the show and complemented the Quadsaw and its tree cutting abilities exceptionally well on the Spearhead stand’.
